Registration for Prekindergarten / Head Start / Kindergarten will be June 25 at East Elementary. Kindergarten students for 2008-2009 only need to register if they have not attended school before. Please bring birth certificate, social security card, and immunization record. Those applying for Head Start and Prekindergarten must also bring proof of income. For further information call 559-6531. |

A huge thank you goes to all the parents that helped with annual kindergarten zoo trip. The day was wonderful due to all the extra hands to help with the children. We appreciate all that took time out of their busy schedule to help make a memory for our children.

In the spotlight
Robin Heidelberg serves both East and North Elementary as our school nurse. Besides putting band aides on scrapes, she is responsible for keeping our records updated on immunizations and other health issues. Robin and her husband, Chris, have 3 children. They have 1 son, Mason, and 2 daughters, Madison and Macey. Their family is completed with dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, a rabbit and cows and a bull! She enjoys skiing, yard work, horses, and exercise. Her favorite food includes anything chocolate! Her favorite children’s book is Charlotte’s Web. When she is not working she enjoys being with family and friends. |
