Taking Care of Your Mental Health

Students, life is sometimes difficult, especially during school age years. It is possible to feel too alone and to become too isolated. In that state of mind, you might think that people do not care about you, but here at school that is not the case. If you need to talk to someone about anything, from bullying to drugs to personal issues, please seek out a teacher, principal, counselor, or coach. We are here to be of help to you. Below you will also find several hotline phone numbers and helpful websites. Please investigate these and/or call a hotline when you think it is in your best interest to do so, especially if you are away from school and in danger or in crisis. Remember, we are here to help you and want to do so. Please stay close to your school community and let us know how you are doing.
